the New Alternative - Alternative Fuel

It is not biodiesel - nor does it consume food

A Unique Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel - ULSD

Our traditional energy methods can not be sustained if we are to meet the world’s future requirements conscientiously. Leadership, invention, and investment are needed to develop and establish fresh generations of energy solutions that will create alternative,
cost effective fuels, as well as new jobs and economic growth.

This cannot be achieved with one method alone - we need to combine our efforts and use our inventiveness, various methods, and approaches to reach the goal of not polluting our planet anymore.

Our aim is to reduce the world’s dependence on oil, while freeing fuel consumers of the inherent economic, political, and environmental gamble that it gives rise to.

The alternative marketplace is currently composed of two major synthetic processes:
Ethanol and Bodiesel, processed from private individuals up to massive industries.
KDV technology is neither of these….
KDV depolymerization technology is the new – alternative, alternative-energy in this market; a safer, more stable, and less polluting power source.

So, please read on....

KDV – the difference

The KDV process is a patented technology of chemical/mechanical synergy.
Perfected by Dr. Christian Koch over a three decade period, it operates at an industry low of 360° temperature - with no pressure.
It feeds on any organic substances, such as chaff, stalks, cobs, leaves, roots;
indeed all agro-waste, - but they are within the food chain. Our specialty is gobbling up the excesses of our land.
Household garbage and trash, waste oils and grease, tars and glycerol, plastic, PVC, PET bottles, and animal offal, along with industrial refuse, are our main targets.
Management of waste in the America far exceeds the agricultural output of rural farms. It is far less harmful to society to consume ‘waste’ - than ‘taste’. Far more detrimental is the consumption of corn, soy, mustard, and other edibles for a tank rather than a tummy.
The end product of all this is KDV diesel; not the black, smelly belch of our youth but a new, cleaner, more powerful fuel, supporting America’s infrastructure. The country continues developing on produce and commodity; groceries for livelihood, and material & supplies for industry.
It can be processed for approximately $1.50 per gallon or less with additional grants and tax credits. Our business model is to provide the client with whatever volume is needed for their fleet at approximately 10-15% discount off market price.
This end product of quality, low-sulfur, ASTM certified diesel, - because it is not derived from vegetable oil like regular Biodiesel - does not cloud or gel in cold climes. Nor is it caustic to engines.
It does not smoke or smell when burned, indeed, it has all the properties of commercial #2 diesel fuel, including high cetane and extraordinary energy content.
It is environmentally friendly; the unit has no harmful emissions and forms no furans or dioxins in the process.
It can, and is in research, to produce A1 jet fuel.

The lynchpin here is the answer to the cost of this fuel today. Trucks, trains, and planes haul a lifeline of cargo to our stores and factories. Transportation, like buses, city transit, ferry fleets and maintenance trucks for road crews, serve society.

Diesel is the power for these functions; including EMS vehicles like emergency police, fire, and ambulance; each with their planes and helicopters. Add in tow trucks, snowplows tugboats and such, and you have a mighty appetite for Diesel - amounting to
some 4.1 million barrels per day, most of it from overseas.

For every gallon of ‘US Made’ diesel we provide, is a displacement of one imported fossil crude gallon from the Middle East.
Given enough trash – and we can be independent again.

As you will learn, the KDV fills this need in a much better and ecological way (by means of it’s feedstock) than the other extant processes of biodiesel. The most important point to remember of all herein technical litany is the ultra-low sulfur, and high energy
content – AND – it does not come from our food chain nor imported fossil crude.
It is made in the USA, for the USA; and selling at a lower pump price; not subject to other nation’s fluctuations.

The usual cetane (octane) rating is 40 - 50.
European rating for Super Diesel is 52 - 58.

The KDV generally produces a cetane rate of 60+
Part

Cetane number: a measure of the ignition quality of diesel fuel based on ignition delay in an engine.
The higher the cetane number, the shorter the ignition delay and the better the ignition quality.

KDV is one of the possible solutions for our energy needs, but the one we feel has the best advantages.

The diesel engine provides the heavy lifting

for the world's infrastructure
